Suzuki e-Vitara design

As you might have guessed, the e-Vitara shares its proportions and body style with the existing Vitara model, but breathes fresh life into it with a styling overhaul. It’s been heavily influenced by the eVX concept of 2023.

Suzuki’s aim here was to create a car that has the looks of a modern EV, but with the strength of an SUV. It says the design theme is “High-Tech and Adventure” which it says will inspire “a sense of adventure”.

Size-wise, it measures around 4.2 metres in length – that’s around the same as a Ford Puma, and around 20cm shorter than the Nissan Qashqai.

Suzuki e-Vitara interior and tech

The interior marks a noticeable break away from Suzuki’s current tech, with a pair of integrated screens making up the infotainment and digital driver display.

There are a set of stylised vents, while the centre console features a gloss-black look and houses a number of key controls like the gear selector.

Suzuki e-Vitara powertrains

There are a range of battery options and powertrains, including a 49kWh option that produces 145hp and a 61kWh option that produces either 175hp or 240hp – the latter featuring all-wheel drive as standard.

The all-wheel drive system utilises Suzuki’s ALLGRIP-e engineering, which incorporates a Trail mode that enables off-road ability.
