Exterior
The EQV combines practicality with all the advantages of an electric vehicle.
It has a classy design with EQ specific elements and has the capacity for up to seven people.
Interior
Inside, the EQV receives Mercedes’ fantastic MBUX infotainment system that includes EQ-specific features which includes vital information such as charging current and energy flow.
Another good feature of the MBUX system is that you will have access to EQ-optimised navigation. This calculates the fastest route and takes into consideration nearby charging points and the shortest charging time.
You can also access ‘Mercedes me Charge’, which provides access to charging points across Europe without the need for multiple accounts and RFID cards.
Performance
We’ve seen plenty of all-electric vans revealed throughout the past 12 months that many drivers are turned off by the lack of range. Not the EQV. The EQV is different, with an impressive 90 kWh battery, 204 hp and 364 Nm of torque. It has a range of up to 213 miles and can be charged from 10% to 80% in only 45 minutes using a rapid DC charger.
Trim levels
The entry Sport model comes as standard with 17in alloy wheels, LED Multibeam LED headlights, Driving Assistance package, MBUX with Navigation Plus, reversing camera, electric sliding doors, easy-pack tailgate, ambient lighting, and eight metre charging cable.
For an extra £2,230 you can get hold of the Sports Premium model, which includes a 360-degree camera, Memory package, EQV Exterior Design package, Table package, and smartphone integration.
Finally, the range-topping Sport Premium Plus model includes Burmester surround sound system, Airmatic suspension, and 18in wheels. All of this comes at a cost of £77,145.
