BMW 2 Series styling
The dimensions, body structure, drive concept, and chassis technology of the BMW 2 Series Coupé are engineered to deliver the brand's signature driving pleasure in a highly concentrated form. Its unmistakable appearance features a distinctive front end with unique round headlamps, a horizontal BMW radiator grille, and a power dome on the elongated hood.
The athletic sculpted surfaces in the profile view, wide wheel arches, and short trunk lid ending in a striking air scoop further enhance the BMW 2 Series Coupé's unique look.
BMW 2 Series interior and tech
In the new BMW 2 Series Coupé, the BMW Operating System 8.5 enhances the intuitive and convenient operation of the upgraded BMW iDrive with QuickSelect, offering innovative digital services. This system is more streamlined than ever and can be controlled via the Control Display's touch function or through natural language commands using the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant.
The standard systems for semi-automated driving and parking in the new BMW 2 Series Coupé have been upgraded. The standard Parking Assistant now handles acceleration, braking, steering, and gear shifting during parking manoeuvres. Additionally, it includes Park Distance Control with front and rear sensors, as well as the Reversing Assistant.
Optional systems include Driving Assistant, Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go function, and Parking Assistant Plus. Other available features are the High-beam Assistant, BMW Drive Recorder, an electrically operated glass sunroof, a towbar with a detachable ball head, Harman Kardon Surround Sound System, and accent surfaces in the door trim in BMW M GmbH colours.
BMW 2 Series drivetrains
The BMW 2 Series Coupé offers a range of engines, with the top model featuring a 3.0-litre straight six-cylinder engine that stands out in its class. This 374 hp engine, paired with intelligent all-wheel drive, ensures confident and dynamic performance, propelling the BMW M240i xDrive Coupé from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.3 seconds.
Besides the six-cylinder engine in the BMW M model, the new BMW 2 Series Coupé also comes with a choice of two additional four-cylinder petrol engines.
