Dave founded what is now Leasing.com in 2000 with a mission of creating THE place for consumers to find the best car leasing offers and THE place for the industry to advertise them, in real time, to the biggest in-market UK audience. Prior to this Dave’s background was in advertising sales management and direct marketing, but he had a hunch that the Internet would take off and, most importantly, did something about it by launching our first website when we were all using dial up internet connections! Away from the office Dave loves to travel, spending time with friends and family his including 3 boys. Dave loves cars and boats and loves spending time out on the water. He’s often seen at Macclesfield FC supporting his local football team at the Leasing.com Stadium.
Dave’s dream car is a Bentley Continental GT S.
Mike joined Leasing.com during 2024 as Chief Operating Officer to lead the business operations and to support the CEO to deliver the group’s growth objectives. With 25 years of C-Suite experience spanning CEO, CCO, COO & CFO roles – with the last 15 spent in the automotive sector working with many of the largest global OEMs, Mike is well placed to drive the growth objectives of the business. Specialising in business development, M&A, and performance improvement, Mike has successfully navigated PLC, SME and start up environments. Beyond the boardroom, Mike likes to indulge in adventure sports like skiing, sailing, diving, and powerboating with his family of 5.
Mikes’s dream car is a Porsche 911 Targa 4S.
Phil has been managing tech teams for almost 25 years, with previous experience in digital publishing, ecommerce, and online advertising. Phil currently oversees the Development, Infrastructure and Management Information functions at Leasing.com, delivering the systems and processes required to maintain our position as a leader in the leasing industry. When he’s not doing tech, Phil spends his time running, rowing, and raising two children.
Phil’s dream car vehicle is custom PX125 smallframe Vespa, but if it had to have 4 wheels he’d probably settle for a Porsche Panamera.
Chris has succeeded across all areas of marketing and content creation in his 20+ years of B2B and B2C experience, specialising in in helping businesses develop their online presence and grow their audiences. In his current role, Chris orchestrates a multifaceted team encompassing digital marketing, user experience, content, and social media. His mission? To build brand, sculpt exceptional user journeys, and help Leasing.com drive the sector forward. His mission outside of work is to build Ikea wardrobes, sculpt hedges and help drive his two girls to various events, while listening to Taylor Swift.
Chris’ dream car is the 1961 Jaguar E-Type, but retrofitted with Apple CarPlay, reversing camera, coffee holder and other modern kit.
Paul has helped motor manufacturers, finance companies, retailers and brokers to achieve their goals in his 20+ year career in the automotive industry. Since joining Leasing.com in 2017, Paul has been responsible for building strategic alliances with the company’s diverse range of advertising and digital partners, as well as introducing and growing new products and revenue channels. Away from work, Paul can be found coaching one of his daughters' grassroots football team and cycling through the lanes of the Chilterns.
Paul’s dream car is a Ferrari F40 (and he’ll take a Ducati 916 as his two-wheels of choice).
Michaela has worked in the finance sector of the automotive industry since 1998 and has been an integral part of the Leasing.com team since 2006. In her multi-functional role, Michaela manages a range of responsibilities including business administration, HR management and Customer Operations. Michaela’s keen eye for detail extends to business compliance, where she coordinates regulatory monitoring and reporting. Outside of the office, Michaela enjoys spending quality time with her now grown-up family and exploring the diverse cultures of different cities.
Michaela’s dream car is the Audi R8 Coupe.
